三 | 如果不接受，等待他们的只能是调岗至一线操作岗位，也就是应届生们口中的“打螺丝”。据多名学生提供的录音，HR提出的方案是，当天签解除劳动协议，公司额外支付半个月工资作为经济补偿，实际出勤薪资正常发放，8月份社保正常缴纳。离职证明需统一写“个人原因离职”，公司提供星宇的求职推荐信，宿舍给予一周缓冲时间。如果不接受以上方案，等待他们的只能是调岗，愿意留下来的人安排至一线操作岗位，薪资、福利待遇均按操作工岗位重新签订。“那这样的话，我们大学硕士这些年不都白读了吗？”被裁掉的应届生梨子表示，这样的调配匹配度极低，具有“羞辱逼退”的成分。多名应届生向九派新闻财经记者表示，此前应届生群里约有四百多人，裁员后群内名单仅剩120人左右，大约有70%的应届生已经不在群内。同期还有不少老员工也被面谈、被逼离职。小张猜测，裁员名单可能是根据各岗位饱和情况确定的。据星宇股份官网介绍，公司专注于汽车车灯的研发、设计、制造和销售，是我国主要的汽车全套车灯总成制造商和设计方案提供商之一，产品覆盖德系、日系、美系、法系和中国多家自主品牌整车企业。财报显示，2023年至2025年，公司实现营收102.48亿元、132.53亿元、152.57亿元，同比增长分别为24.25%、29.32%、15.12%，营收增速略有放缓。

四 | 今年一季度，公司实现营收34.299亿元，净利润3.55亿元，分别同比增长10.8%和10.3%。就在此次裁员约谈前一周，7月29日，星宇股份二次向港交所递交上市申请，重启搁置半年的“A+H”上市计划。值得注意的是，星宇股份招股书显示，截至2026年一季度末，公司现金及现金等价物合计约20.80亿元。记者查询星宇股份官网发现，目前其校园招聘页面暂无在招岗位。针对是否恶意辞退应届生一事，记者尝试致电星宇股份，截至发稿前暂未有人回复。

五 | 《每日经济新闻》记者注意到，星宇股份背后站着一位颇具传奇色彩的女企业家——周晓萍。她从卫校教师到“车灯女王”，用30多年时间将一家小厂打造成年营收超150亿元的行业龙头。

周晓萍 图/视觉中国（资料图）公开资料显示，周晓萍早年毕业于白求恩医科大学（2000年并入吉林大学），毕业后曾做过卫校教师。20世纪90年代，校办企业风潮正盛。1993年，周晓萍任武进县星宇车灯厂厂长，1994年8月，该厂更名为常州市星宇车灯厂。彼时，很少有人会想到，这家小厂日后会成为国内汽车照明产品供应商龙头。2000年5月，常州星宇车灯有限公司正式注册成立，2007年改制为股份有限公司，2011年2月在上海证券交易所上市。
